Capri-Sun Production Line Mechanical Installation
North West Renewables recently completed a comprehensive mechanical installation project for Capri Sun, delivering the works from initial pipework fabrication through to the connection and installation of various plant items along the production line.
The project centred around the installation of two production lines that had been relocated, requiring the integration of new and existing mechanical services to support the manufacturing process.
Our scope of works included the installation of chillers, steam plant and pipework, compressed air systems, domestic services and associated production-line connections.
A significant proportion of the pipework was fabricated in-house by our specialist pipe fitting and fabrication team, allowing us to maintain a high standard of workmanship while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the installation.
