Kraft Heinz – Production Line Condensate Installation

North West Renewables successfully completed specialist condensate pipework works to a live production facility at Kraft Heinz, delivered as part of an intensive planned shutdown.

Due to the operational requirements of the facility, the project was carried out within a strict shutdown window, with no flexibility on the completion deadline. This required detailed planning and close coordination between our fabrication and site installation teams.

The pipework was fabricated to suit the existing production line and site conditions, before being installed, connected and completed within the agreed programme.

Despite the challenging timescales, our team successfully recognised the critical requirements of the shutdown and delivered the works on programme, allowing production to resume as planned.
