Mechanical Services Installation - Manchester
North West Renewables successfully delivered a comprehensive mechanical services package at NatWest Spinningfields, Manchester, completed to a demanding 12-week programme.
The project involved the installation of new chillers and associated plant deck equipment, alongside an extensive heating and cooling installation throughout the building. Our team installed over 400 four-pipe fan coil units (FCUs), complete with associated distribution pipework, valves and connections.
Our scope also included the installation of domestic water services throughout the development, requiring careful coordination with other trades to maintain progress against the challenging programme.
With a significant volume of work to complete within a relatively short timeframe, the project required detailed planning, effective site management and a highly coordinated installation team.
